Process Flow

Main Machine Function

1. Conical twin screw extruder:  This high-efficiency conical twin-screw extruder is specially designed for PVC processing, ensuring uniform plasticization and high extrusion performance. The stable temperature control system guarantees the quality of the final product.

2. Mould:  The spiral-type die head ensures high-speed extrusion while preventing thermal decomposition of amorphous plastics, resulting in high-quality pipes. The internal heating control system enhances efficiency and ease of extrusion. Bronze calibrators help in quick calibration and cooling of the pipes.

3. Spraying and cooling tanks:  The rapid vacuum calibrating system allows hot extruded pipes to be cooled quickly, achieving the desired diameter. Automatic temperature control, pressure regulators, and vacuum valves significantly improve sizing and cooling performance as well as production speed.

4. Haul off machine:  This caterpillar-type haul off machine includes various claw types (two-claw, three-claw, etc.) suitable for different pipe sizes. The haul off blocks are made of wear-resistant rubber, allowing for high and stable hauling speeds.

5. Cutting machine: The precision cutter can make flat and straight cuts at high speed. A powerful suction device collects waste scraps after cutting, making it easier for users to clean the cutter.

6. Pipe belling machine: This automatic pipe belling machine comes with two heating ovens to ensure high-quality and efficient pipe belling.
