711 cooperated with AVL to develop a new type of machine

Seventy-one will cooperate with Austrian AVL Liszt internal combustion engine and test equipment company to develop a new medium-speed marine engine. Recently, the two parties signed a contract and related technical agreement on the development of a new single-cylinder engine with replaceable bore/stroke.

The new medium-speed single-cylinder machine developed in this cooperation is flexible in configuration and advanced in performance. By replacing some parts, the machine can flexibly change cylinder diameter and stroke. The cylinder diameter covers 200mm~320mm, and the stroke covers 250mm~450mm. It can meet the development needs of different types of diesel engines and significantly reduce the development cost of later products. Shorten the development cycle.

The new machine design cycle is expected to be 6 months and the total development cycle is 24 months. Throughout the development process, AVL will be responsible for the design and calculation of the single-cylinder machine, and the 7.1 will be responsible for the follow-up work of construction design, manufacturing, installation and testing. According to the technical agreement, 7.1 has the right to use the results of the cooperation project and technical materials.
