Introduction of induction hardening/quenching machine:
The LSW-120 induction hardening machine utilizes IGBT series parallel induction heating technology as its core. It heats metal workpieces to a specific temperature and then rapidly cools them to alter their mechanical structure, achieving special mechanical properties. The principle is based on magnetic induction heating. Oscillation frequency selection depends on the depth of the quenching layer—lower frequencies are needed for deeper layers. Wattage selection depends on the size of the quenching area and the thickness of the quenching layer, with higher wattage equipment required for larger areas and thinner layers.
