It is reported that the 300-ton offshore platform deck crane is an electronically controlled hydraulic type crane with a hoist mounted marine automatic lifting platform. It consists of four parts: the boom, the herringbone frame, the turntable and the pedestal, and the slewing ring, slewing drive and lifting. Winch, machine room, driver's cab, electronically controlled hydraulic system, etc., designed according to ABS Guide for Lifting Appliances and API Spec. 2C (American Petroleum Institute), graded into ABS classification society, the main hook has a maximum lifting capacity of 300t, the secondary hook The lifting weight is 30t, and the weight of the whole machine is about 330t. After the installation of the internal components of the Nantong COSCO Heavy Plant, the Pacific Ocean Engineering (Zhoushan) Co., Ltd. final assembly. The boom steel pipe is PSL2 X100Q material with a yield strength ≥ 690 MPa.
