KBG-10144 Industrial Ultrasonic cleaning machine is designed with an ultrasonic power of 7200W and a frequency of 28kHz or as requested. The interior tank measures 1750 x 700 x 600 mm, and it features an external stainless steel heating plate for easier maintenance. The generator is digital, allowing for adjustable power settings and real-time display of ultrasonic current, power, frequency, and cleaning time. This machine can be customized to meet your specific requirements..
 
This custom-made single-tank industrial ultrasonic cleaning equipment uses organic solvents as the cleaning agent for hardware degreasing. It includes a circulation filter system for the chemicals. The main tank is made of high-quality SUS304 2.0mm stainless steel, while the sides that match the transducers use high-quality SUS316L 2.0mm or SUS304 2.5mm stainless steel. The digital ultrasonic generator employs single-chip microcomputer technology, offering more stable operation and powerful output. These machines are suitable for electroplating treatment and post-plating cleaning; car accessory cleaning; metal component cleaning; machine part cleaning; optical frame cleaning, etc..
