China's first 4000kN dynamic test force pulsation fatigue test machine successfully commissioned

Recently, the first domestic pulsation fatigue tester with a maximum dynamic test force of 4000 kN was successfully commissioned and passed by the National Construction Engineering Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of China Academy of Building Research and Jinan Lizhi Test System Co., Ltd. Metrology department verification.

The fatigue tester can be used for fatigue performance test of various construction engineering cables, prestressed anchor fixtures, prestressed steel materials, and other materials and products. The maximum dynamic test force is 4000kN, the operating frequency is 2-8Hz, and the cable diameter can be less than 100mm. The prestressed anchorage below 19 holes was tested for full-scale fatigue performance. In the past, the fatigue performance of large-diameter cables could not be tested due to the limited test capacity. The fatigue performance of anchor clamps with more than 4 holes can only be installed in 4 holes for simulation tests or sent to foreign countries for testing. The successful development of the fatigue tester will change this situation, greatly improve China's ability to perform fatigue tests on materials and products, and fill the gap in the domestic large-tonnage pulsation fatigue test system. In addition, the test machine's total power consumption is only 22kW, no cooling system, low noise, and small footprint, in line with the green, energy saving, environmental protection, low-carbon requirements and concepts, is a domestic initiative, reached the international advanced level.
