Introduction:
This linear vibrating screen is a small to medium-sized multi-layer screening machine designed for high efficiency and durability. It can handle dry materials with particle sizes ranging from 0.074mm to 20mm, with a maximum granule size of less than 30mm. The machine can have up to seven layers of screens, making it ideal for various industrial applications.
Principle:
The linear vibrating screen consists of a screen box, screen frame, vibration motor, shock absorber, and base. Two identical vibration motors are mounted on the top of the screen box, rotating synchronously in opposite directions. The eccentric blocks driven by the motors generate centrifugal force, which causes the screen to move linearly. This motion allows the material to move forward in a straight line, improving screening efficiency and performance.
