Wet Drum Permanent Magnetic Separator is suitable for Mine, Coal preparation plant etc. It uses a weak wet magnetic field to sort out the strong magnetic ore or eliminate the strong magnetic minerals mixed in nonmagnetic minerals. The magnetic field of CTS(N,B) wet drum permanent magnetic separators can be divided into rotary and fixed types. The fixed type is mainly used in weak magnetic fields to separate fine particle strong magnetic materials or remove strong magnetic materials from nonmagnetic ores.
When the ore pulp enters the magnetic field area, ferromagnetic materials are attracted to the surface of the drum, while weak magnetic substances and nonmagnetic minerals are washed away by water. The magnetic minerals on the drum's surface are rotated with the drum and taken out of the magnetic field area. The rotary type is suitable for dry separation of fine particle strong magnetic ore, as the high-speed rotation causes the magnetic particles to roll more times than other magnetic separators, effectively breaking up magnetic reaggregation and producing high-grade ore. After separation, the ore is divided into magnetic and nonmagnetic components and discharged through their own channels. This machine is suitable for the roughing and cleaning of particles ranging from 6-0mm in size.
CTB is ideal for the roughing and cleaning of particle sizes between 6-0mm; it is also suitable for the cleaning and scavenging of fine particle sizes between 0.6-0mm, often applied in coal processing to recycle heavy medium; and it is especially suitable for the roughing and cleaning of ores in the size range of 0.5-0mm, particularly effective for cleaning ores in the 0.15-0mm range.
This wet drum permanent magnetic separator offers continuous feeding and discharge, featuring a large magnetic field intensity, high magnetic field gradient, large working clearance, high processing capacity, minimal magnetic flux leakage, low energy consumption, fine beneficiation results, a simple structure, and ease of maintenance.
