This granulator is specifically designed to recycle scrap copper wires and cables, including automobile wires, telecom cables, and other types of copper wires, to recover valuable copper. It consists of a Crusher, Crushed Material Channel, Vibrating Separator, Air Blower, Dust Collector, and the Underbed, among other components.

Granulator for Waste Copper Cable Processing Procedures:
  1. Copper wires are fed into the crusher, where they are broken down and the plastic sheath is separated from the copper. The size of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the sieve; larger mesh sizes produce longer pieces with higher output. The mesh should be selected based on the type of material being processed.
  2. The crushed mixture of copper granules and plastic pieces is transported to the separator by a conveyor. During this process, dust and lightweight plastic fragments (such as fibers, ropes, or tapes) are collected by an air blower. The blower connects to a dust collector that uses a dust bag to prevent environmental pollution. This bag collects dust and some light plastics, which can be emptied when full.
  3. The vibrating separator is used to separate plastic pieces from copper granules. Based on differences in physical properties and specific gravity, the materials are separated through aerodynamic and frictional forces. By adjusting the speed and amplitude of the conveyor, heavier copper granules move to the bottom and upwards, while lighter plastic pieces move to the top and downwards, eventually being discharged through different outlets.
  4. All components are installed on a base frame to form a complete system. The machine is pre-adjusted before shipping, so customers only need to connect it to the power supply.

For a single recycling machine, only one worker is required.
