1. Wires and cables are fed into the crusher, where they are broken down and the plastic sheath is separated from the copper. The size of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the sieve; larger meshes result in longer pieces and higher output. The appropriate mesh size should be selected based on the material type during production.
2. The crushed mixture of copper granules and plastic pieces is transported to the separator via a conveyor. During this process, dust and lightweight plastic fragments (such as fibers, ropes, or tapes) are collected by an air blower. The blower’s opening is connected to the dust collector, which uses a dust collection bag to prevent environmental pollution. Dust and some lightweight plastic fragments are stored in the bag and discharged when full.
3. The separator works by exploiting differences in physical properties and specific gravity between materials. Under the influence of aerodynamic forces and vibration friction, copper granules (with higher specific gravity) move to the bottom of the sieve and rise upward, while lighter plastic pieces move to the top and fall downward. Both are eventually discharged through separate outlets.
4. All the components are mounted on the underbed to form a compact structure. The machine is pre-adjusted and ready for use before shipping, requiring only a power connection from the customer.

 1. Is there a quick-wear part on the machine? 
The main wear parts are the blades and screens, which have a service life of over two years. We also provide a blade sharpening machine for maintenance.
 2. What's the maximum continuous working time for the recycling machine?   
Normally, the machine can operate continuously for 10 hours per day. 
 3. Is the machine easy to operate? How many workers are required to operate it? 
We have designed a precise but simple control system for the machine.
For a single recycling machine, one worker is sufficient.
For a complete recycling line, two workers are needed.
