The fine sand recovery machine is a crucial piece of equipment in the modern mining and construction industries. Currently, most artificial sand production lines use wet processing technology, but this method has a significant drawback: the loss of fine sand particles below 0.2mm. This degradation in quality results in higher cement usage and increased costs when mixing concrete. In real-world applications, the fine sand recovery machine operates without requiring additional water consumption. This equipment is widely used in various industries, including hydropower station sand and gravel processing, glass material processing, artificial sand production lines, coal preparation plant slime recovery, and environmental protection projects like mud purification. It effectively solves the issue of fine sand recovery within the production line.

The fine sand recovery machine consists of several key components: a motor, a vacuum high-pressure pump, a sediment separator, a TS dewatering screen, a cleaning tank, and a return box. Its working principle involves using a centrifugal slag pump to transport the sand-water mixture from the cleaning tank to the cyclone. The fine sand, separated by centrifugal classification, is then sent to the vibrating dewatering screen. After dewatering, the fine sand and water are effectively separated. A small portion of fine sand and mud returns to the return groove, re-entering the cleaning tank and cyclone. This cycle continues, ensuring efficient recovery and separation. When the liquid level in the cleaning tank becomes too high, excess water is discharged through the outlet. Adjustments such as changing the pump speed, modifying the mortar concentration, regulating the overflow water, and replacing the sand mouth help achieve the three functions of cleaning, dewatering, and grading.
