Firefighters were on scene for a while, and it seems like multiple agencies were involved, which shows the community’s commitment to safety and quick response. House fire in Lake Bluff 11-16-12
Fire in the basement of a house at 427 Pine Ct in Lake Bluff was fully under control. The call came in around 5:00 PM, and when crews arrived, smoke was already visible. One person was taken to the hospital with minor burns. I’m not entirely sure about all the fire departments involved, but I saw units from Lake Bluff, Knollwood, Libertyville, Great Lakes, Lake Forest, Mundelin, and Countryside responding.
