WalthMac WBB Series Gravimetric Batch Blender is ideal for use in injection, blow molding, and extrusion operations.

1) WBB Series Gravimetric Batch Blender is designed and developed for dosing granulate, free flowing regrind, masterbatch

and/or additives.


2) WBB Series Gravimetric dosing and mixing unit that blends up to 8 materials with a great level of accuracy and repeatability.


3) Self-adapting proportioning control:automatically correct  the material charging error and the precision error is less than 0.1%.


3.System Principle


According to the weighing and measuring principle,the precise rate of each component can be inspected and controlled.

Self-adapting Algorithm is adopted to make sure the feeding precision.
