The Wet Drum Permanent Magnetic Separator is widely used in mining, coal preparation plants, and other industries. It utilizes a weak wet magnetic field to sort out strong magnetic ores or remove strong magnetic minerals mixed within non-magnetic minerals. The magnetic field of CTS(N,B) wet drum permanent magnetic separators can be either rotary or fixed. The fixed type is mainly used in weak magnetic fields to separate fine particle strong magnetic materials or eliminate strong magnetic materials from non-magnetic ores. When the ore pulp enters the magnetic field area, ferromagnetic materials are attracted to the surface of the drum, while weak magnetic substances and non-magnetic minerals are washed away by water. The magnetic minerals on the drum surface rotate with the drum and are removed from the magnetic field area. The rotary type is suitable for dry separation of fine particle strong magnetic ores. Due to its high-speed rotation, the magnetic particles roll more times than other magnetic separators, effectively breaking up magnetic reaggregation and producing high-grade ore. The separated ore is divided into magnetic and non-magnetic components and discharged through their respective channels. This machine is ideal for the roughing and cleaning of particles sized between 6-0mm. CTB is suitable for the roughing and cleaning of particle sizes ranging from 6-0mm; it is also suitable for the cleaning and scavenging of fine particle sizes between 0.6-0mm and is often used for recycling heavy medium in coal. Additionally, CTB is appropriate for the roughing and cleaning of ores with sizes between 0.5-0mm, especially for cleaning ores in the size range of 0.15-0mm. This wet drum permanent magnetic separator offers continuous feeding and discharging of ores. It features a large magnetic field intensity, high magnetic field gradient, wide working clearance, high processing capacity, minimal magnetic flux leakage, low energy consumption, excellent beneficiation results, a simple structure, and easy maintenance.
