The Siemens Motor Old Tire Crushing Machine for Used Tyre Recycling is part of our RG series, designed as a fine grinder in the tire shredding process. The final product after our granulation process is 99.9% fiber-free rubber crumb with a size ranging from 1-5mm. This machine is the third stage in the tire recycling process, where wire-free mulch (10-20mm rubber) is further processed into 1-5mm granules through continuous screening and recirculation. During this process, 99.9% of the fiber is removed.
