1. Wires and cables are fed into the crusher, where they are broken down and the plastic sheath is separated from the copper. The size of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the screen—larger mesh sizes result in longer pieces and higher output. The mesh should be selected based on the type of material being processed.
2. The resulting mixture of copper granules and plastic pieces is conveyed to the separator. During this step, dust and lightweight plastics (such as fibers, ropes, or tapes) are collected by the pressure-reducing blower. The blower is connected to a dust collector equipped with a bag to prevent dust emissions, ensuring environmental protection. Dust and some lightweight plastics are collected in the bag and discharged when full.
3. The vibrating separator separates the copper granules from the plastic pieces based on differences in their physical properties and specific gravity. By adjusting the speed of the conveyor and vibration amplitude, copper granules (with higher specific gravity) move to the bottom and are transported upward, while lighter plastic pieces move to the top and are transported downward. Both materials are finally discharged through separate outlets.
4. All components are mounted on the underbed to form a compact and functional unit. The machine is pre-adjusted before shipping, so customers only need to connect it to the power supply to start production.

2. What's the longest continuous working time for the recycling machine?   
Normally, it can work continuously for 10 hours per day.
3. Is the machine easy to operate? How many workers are required to operate it?
We design a precise but simple control system for the machine. For a single recycling machine, only one worker is needed. For a complete recycling line, two workers are required.
