Copper Cable Recycling Machine Processing Procedures:
  1. Wires and cables are fed into the crusher, where they are broken down and the plastic sheath is separated from the copper. The size of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the screen; larger mesh sizes result in longer pieces and higher output. The mesh should be selected based on the type of material being processed.
  2. The crushed material (a mix of copper granules and plastic pieces) is conveyed to the separator by a conveyor. During this process, dust and light-weight plastic pieces (including fibers, ropes, or tapes mixed in the wires) are collected by a pressure-reducing blower. This blower is connected to a dust collector that uses a dust collection bag to prevent dust discharge, ensuring environmental protection. Dust and some lightweight plastics are collected in the bag and discharged when full.
  3. The separator is used to separate plastic pieces from copper granules. Based on differences in physical properties and specific gravity, there is a deviation under the influence of aerodynamic forces and vibration friction. By adjusting the speed of material conveyance and amplitude parameters, copper granules (with higher specific gravity) move to the bottom of the screen and travel upward, while plastic pieces (with lower specific gravity) move to the top and travel downward. Both materials are finally discharged through different outlets.
  4. All components are installed on the underbed to form a complete structure. The machine is pre-adjusted for production before shipping, so the customer only needs to connect it to a power supply.
