Li Shenglin said that as the competent department of the transportation industry, the Ministry of Communications must maintain a sense of urgency, anxiety, prevention and safety at the same time. Li Shenglin stressed that it is now in the second phase of the activity. Organizational supervision is a very important measure taken at this stage. Regarding the implementation of the supervision work, he put forward three opinions: First, it is impossible to engage in formality and must be realistic. With the focus on professional departments and professionals, it is necessary to have a sense of responsibility, highlight key points that directly threaten water safety, and the inspection must be strict, not to look at the face, to see actual results. Second, we must coordinate the relationship between all parties. First of all, we must coordinate the relationship between the "two defenses" supervision and the national security hazard investigation, and incorporate this inspection into the national security risk investigation activities. Second, coordinate the relationship between the two ongoing inspections, from time to time. Coordination is good, each stage must have a focus, the bridge supervision and water supervision are completed in stages, and the structure of the members is coordinated. Again, coordinate the relationship between this inspection and normal work. Third, after the completion of this inspection, we must carefully summarize and consolidate the results of the inspection.
