Dehydration bin

The dewatering bin is an elevated reinforced concrete silo with a bottom and four sides inclined. The bottom inclined wall is separated by a certain distance, and the channel steel or I-beam is arranged, and the punched steel sieve plate is laid thereon, and the sieve hole is usually 10 mm, and the effect is better if the oval hole is used. The sieve plates need to be cleaned after each discharge, usually with high pressure water. The discharge gate of the dewatering bin is a punching plate with a rack and a gear, and the water can be discharged from the hole after the gate is closed. A shutter connected below the perforated iron plate groove, and receiving the bins of escape lead away water. The coarser bin for granular material (e.g., coarse and fine coal, coal and gangue) further dewatering after dehydration in advance, and both the stocker, loading effect. Its structure is shown in the figure.

When the material has a coarse and uniform particle size, the water between the particles is liable to leak. The water in fine coal can hardly be drained by gravity. Coals of less than 2 mm are generally not suitable for dewatering in dewatering tanks.
The number of dewatering bins is related to the volume of the dewatering bin, the time of dewatering, the yield of the product, and the time required to load and unload the material. The total time required for each work cycle is:
T=t 1 +t 2 +t 3 +t 4
Where T—the total time required for each work cycle, h;
t 1 ———The time required for charging, determined by the volume of the output and the bin;
t 2 ———Required dehydration time, coarse coal is 6-8h, intermediate product and vermiculite is 12~14h;
t 3 ———The time required for unloading, generally takes 1.5~2h;
t 4 ———Clean up the time required to rinse the dewatering bin, take 0.5h.
The dehydration process in the dewatering chamber starts simultaneously from each material layer, but the water released from the upper layer must pass through all the coal layers to be discharged. If the height of the coal bunker is increased, the necessary dewatering time will be prolonged, which will affect the silo turnover and increase the number of silos. Therefore, the height of the dewatering bin should be as low as possible. The total height of the dewatering bin of the general coal preparation plant is about 11 to 12 meters. Sometimes in order to increase the drainage area in the warehouse, a drain pipe (standpipe) with a hole or a dewatering wall made of a sieve plate is added to the warehouse. This has a good effect on the dewatering of lump coal.

Reflex Gauge Glass

Reflex Gauge Glass

Reflex Level Gauge glass is made from borosilicate glass and aluminosilicate glass. There are grooves on the side of the glass surface facing the medium. Generally, the number of grooves is 3 or 4.

It is used in industrial boiler level gauges to display and read the level. The groove makes the reading clearer. Called Sight Glass and reflex sight glass, reflex glass will be finely ground, polished and toughened during processing to make it strong and transparent, and resist the erosion of the liquid in the boiler. The production process is strictly in accordance with the DIN7081 standard.

If you want find China Reflex Gauge Glass manufacturer, we will be your best choose. AOHONG can produce quality Reflex Gauge Glass as you like. Friendly and Responsible, no matter before or after cooperation.
