V. Installation, operation and maintenance of the machine 1. The installation machine is inspected without damage, and the screws are not loose and can be installed. The classifier should be firmly installed on the concrete foundation that has been poured. The foundation design should have a good supporting effect to minimize the shearing force on the screw. 2. After the operation and the working principle of the spiral classifier are clear, the machine can be operated. (2) When the spiral body is in working condition, if it needs to stop immediately after special fault (such as stuck, overload), immediately lift the spiral body out of the slurry surface, and never allow the spiral body to press in the slurry, and quickly open the discharge valve. Avoid fouling. (3) When starting again, the spiral should be lowered to a certain position to turn the spiral. (4) If the machine needs to stop when using the product, the feeding should be stopped first, and the operation can be stopped after the material is classified. 3, maintenance (1) Where and lubrication points are lubricated with sodium-based grease (GB492-65) or calcium-based grease (GB491-65). (2) Each shift should check whether the lubricating oil inside the reducer is on the oil needle line and change the oil every 6 months. (3) Always check the lower support or intermediate tile, the bearing, the seal is damaged, and the bearing is damaged, so that it can be replaced in time. (4) The bearing lubrication of the lower bearing must be injected into the bearing with a manual dry oil gun every 4 hours to maintain the sealing performance of the bearing. Manual dry oil guns and plastic tubes are provided by the user. 6. After the test machine is assembled and 2-4 hours of no-load test, the following conditions shall be met: 1. The rotating parts and parts shall be operated flexibly, and there shall be no collision, abrasion or research. 2. The temperature rise of the bearing is not more than 35 °C, and the maximum temperature is not more than 65 °C. 3. The lifting mechanism is flexible in operation, the journal can swing freely in the bearing, and the stroke switch should be sensitive and reliable. 4. The discharge valve is flexible and reliable. 5. The total speed ratio of the transmission should meet the requirements of the screw speed. 6. After the test is finished, check whether the screws of each part are loose or deformed. After the machine is tested, the unmachined surface should be painted with gray paint, uniform paint, no wrinkles, bubbles, curls, flow marks and crack defects. The exposed surface shall be coated with rust preventive oil and covered with oil paper. The following matters must be noted when packaging and shipping: (1) Packaging specifications and standards are implemented according to factory standards. (2) Strictly prevent the surface paint from being scratched and hit the body. (3) Wrap the technical documents in plastic film and put them in the box and seal them. (4) The machine must be lifted as specified to prevent deformation of the machine. (1) After the spiral is turned, it can start to feed the slurry and gradually increase the amount of minerals.
