Inner Mongolia born domestic leading desulfurization online monitoring system

On September 15th, the Ministry of Education organized experts to carry out the acceptance and appraisal of the scientific and technological project “On-line Monitoring System for Flue Gas Desulfurization of Inner Mongolia Power Grid Coal-fired Generator Sets” jointly developed by Tsinghua University and Inner Mongolia Power Company. The results of the appraisal are as follows: the project design idea is advanced, the operation effect meets the design requirements, and the research results reach the domestic leading level.
In fact, most of the current desulfurization facilities in China have flue bypass, and the currently used desulfurization on-line monitoring facilities mostly use the flue gas analysis data of the desulfurization system of the power generation enterprise, and there are few measuring points and there is the possibility of artificial modification. Under such circumstances, the appearance of an online monitoring system that can make the operation status of desulfurization facilities appear under sunlight and accurately and effectively monitor the desulfurization efficiency is extremely necessary.
The monitoring system with independent intellectual property rights is mainly composed of three parts: remote intelligent monitoring and communication unit, data communication link and dispatching center data information management system. It is a black-burning unit desulfurization monitoring terminal similar to “black box”. The system can independently collect the first-hand data to achieve the concentration and concentration of sulfur dioxide in the FGD inlet and outlet, the original flue gas flow, the total air volume of the boiler and the secondary air, the power of the booster fan, the operating conditions of the unit and each slurry circulating pump, and the bypass baffle. Data collection and preprocessing of doors and the like.
The remote intelligent monitoring unit performs real-time collection of operating parameters of the desulfurization system. The real-time monitoring parameters selected by the system can correctly reflect the operating status of the flue gas desulfurization system and be uploaded to the power dispatching communication center in time. The data information management of the dispatching communication center master station system can complete the functions of data analysis, display, report and storage, and also supports the WEB publishing function to realize effective management and supervision of the operation of the desulfurization system of each power plant.
Before the appraisal, the monitoring system has been successfully applied in Inner Mongolia Power Grid, and real-time online monitoring of two 300,000 kW desulfurization facilities has been realized at Wulashan Power Plant. After the monitoring system was put into operation, the operation was stable and the performance was good without any failure. Indicate that the technology is mature and reliable. The system is designed according to the actual demand of China's provincial power grid, and the maturity and reliability of the system technology have been tested by industrial applications. Therefore, the system can also be applied to regional power grids.
With the extensive commercialization of desulfurization facilities in China, the desulfurization and price increase began to gradually enter into implementation. The real-time monitoring system for the operating status of the desulfurization facilities of coal-fired units will become the first choice, and its market demand is very prominent and urgent. Therefore, the system has a good promotion and application prospects in terms of energy saving and consumption reduction, promoting the scientific and technological progress of power companies and improving the operational management level.
