From the HME Fire Trucks Facebook page:

HME has delivered a brand-new side-mount pumper to the Glenwood Fire Department in the Village of Glenwood, Illinois. This impressive apparatus is built on a custom HME 1871-SFO chassis, designed for tight maneuverability and reliable performance. The truck features a powerful 2000-GPM HME Hydra Technologyâ„¢ pump, a 750-gallon water tank, and a corrosion-resistant pumper-style body that ensures long-lasting durability. It also includes smart storage solutions to keep equipment organized and easily accessible.

The new engine is a significant upgrade for the department, enhancing their ability to respond quickly and effectively to emergencies. A big congratulations goes out to the Glenwood Fire Department and Fire Chief Kevin Welsh for this exciting addition to their fleet.
