New truck for the Lisle-Woodridge FPD
Subject: Update on the New Aerial Truck Acquisition
Hi everyone,
I just wanted to share an update regarding the upcoming addition to our firefighting fleet. The Lisle-Woodridge Fire Protection District (FPD) has placed an order for a brand-new 2021 Pierce Velocity 100′ mid-mount Ascendant aerial truck. This vehicle is set to replace Tower 51, which has served us well over the years but has now reached the end of its operational life.
