Replace school bus and contract with Anhui bus manufacturer

Huang Dianjun, one of the buyers, introduced that he and the other three buyers had contracted the school bus in Jian'an town to pick up the students. In April 2012, Huang Dianjun and others were recommended by the school bus management office of Dongliao County Education Bureau to select a bus manufacturer in Anhui Province and ordered four passenger cars.

The contract stipulates that the price of each car is 140,000 yuan, and the buyer needs to pay a deposit of 30,000 yuan per car. At the same time, the buyer's configuration requirements for the vehicle are stated in the annex to the contract.

On May 25th, it was the scheduled delivery time of both parties. However, the whole day had passed and the new car had not yet arrived. Huang Dianjun called the manufacturer and was informed that the new car arrived a few days later and needed to make up the remaining funds. On June 7, Huang Dianjun and others went to the bank to fight the remaining funds. At 11 o'clock on June 12, the new car finally arrived.

Take over many new cars not according to the contract

Xiao Zhendong, team captain of the Jian'an Township school, went to pick up the car. Xiao Zhendong judged with years of experience that the engine's power is not enough. The contract indicates that the engine power is YC4FA130-30, Xiao Zhendong found that the engine model is YC4D140-41, the engine brand model is also YC4D140-41, and this brand is still stained.

Xiao Zhendong said that engine power is low, resulting in weak climbing ability of the car, especially on the ice and snow roads in the winter, it is easy to have accidents, and there are great security risks. The car has no anti-collision beams, there is only a connecting frame, which makes the car in the event of an accident, the safety factor is low, very unsafe. The safety exit switch at the rear of the car is simply covered with a red hood and it is easy to get it down. If children open the safe exit at hand, accidents will occur when the car is traveling normally.

The reporter also saw that the edges of the rear cover had rotted in many places, and a large part was rotted in the middle. Therefore, Xiao Zhendong and others doubted that this was not a new car at all, but a refitted car.

Later, Huang Dianjun and others contacted the factory's manager Chen and no one answered the phone. Contacting Mr. Wang, the other party said that they did not have problems with the vehicles they produced, and they did not care when they arrived.

If the sales company does not receive the report again

Wang Shuyu, deputy manager of the sales company of the bus manufacturer in Anhui, said that after signing the car contract, the manufacturers started to produce new cars. The school bus they produced is a national standard for the implementation of special school bus safety that is formally implemented on May 1st. The anti-collision beams are not mentioned in the new standard, so they are not. If the buyer has questions about the engine's power, he or she can ask the expert to identify it. Now the car has been delivered. If the buyer can't find a suitable reason to not accept it, they will call the police next.

The vehicles ordered by several owners of Jian'an Huang Dianjun, Huang Dianjun and others also inspected the vehicles and felt that they could order them. As for the problems that have arisen since then, the school bus office has also actively contacted manufacturers to help coordinate. Now that the factory has sent people, it has already reached Kaiyuan City, Liaoning Province and will soon be able to reach Liaoyuan.
