Liuzhou China Tin Group has three beneficiation plant, its production scale were long slope concentrator 1600t / d, car River Concentrator 5000t / d, Bari concentrator 1000t / d. The Changpo Concentrator handles the ore of the fine vein belt, adopting the “heavy one floating, one heavy and one floating” process; the Chehe Concentrator handles the lean ore of the 9l rich ore body and the 92nd fine vein belt, and also adopts “heavy one floating one heavy one The “floating” process (see Figure 1); the barry concentrating plant processing the ore body of No. 91 rich ore body and No. 100 special rich ore body, the process flow shown in Figure 2.

As can be seen from Figure 1, when the Chehe Concentrator handles lean tin ore, it uses the jigging, spiral shovel and cone concentrator in the pre-reselection operation to pre-select, and a large amount of coarse tailings are discarded. The amount of ore milled has greatly improved the processing capacity of the concentrator and the production of tin metal. At the same time, it has greatly reduced the cost of ore dressing and achieved significant economic benefits. Most of the tin metal is recovered in the re-election system. The fine mud system uses a cyclone to remove a 20μm-grade slime, then floats to desulfurization, and finally floats the tin, and the fine mud system recovers the tin to the concentrator. The recovery rate of raw ore processing is 8%. In 2008, the concentrate was treated with 0.5% of the original ore. The original ore was 1.67 xl06t, the grade of tin concentrate produced was 44.77%, and the comprehensive recovery of tin was 67.29%.
