The developer developed a demolition device and used the press-fitting machine in conjunction with the demolition device to press out the damaged shaft bowl. The remover is composed of three parts, namely the retainer sleeve, the fork, and the baffle, and is used in three parts. The pressure of the presser is used to automatically press out the universal joint shaft bowl that has damaged the needle roller. The shaft bowl removed with the remover has no effect on the connecting plate, and the shaft bowl is intact. Only a further layer of lubricating butter can be applied. The time is also greatly saved, only about 1 minute. The total economic benefits generated total about 334,800 yuan. The use of this method of operation has improved the product's ability to repair and reduce the operator's labor intensity.

During the machining of metal blanks, many products can be formed without being machined once. Therefore, if one metallurgical process is transferred to the next process, it is easy to cause corrosion if the metal processing surface is not processed.

There are many kinds of anti-corrosion solutions, and the most used ones are anti-rust oil paints. Some anti-rust oils on the market are very good, but most of them are imported, expensive, and some are cheap but have poor results. The technical quality room addresses these problems, and after repeated experiments, it is configured as a relatively inexpensive anti-rust oil, which consists of various compound corrosion inhibitors, film formers, solvents, auxiliaries, and the like. Four kinds of corrosion inhibitors are used, and the combination of two or more of them acts synergistically. The addition of auxiliaries improves the performance of their anti-oxidation, salt spray resistance, and UV resistance, and is common to various metals.

After the workpiece is processed, it can be either brushed or invaded. After the coating is completed, it can be put into a working car. After the salt spray test for more than 80 hours, it is not rusted. After the spline hub is processed, the oil is applied. After being assembled and painted off the assembly line, the individual spline hub was not rusted for more than 20 hours. After adopting the above scheme, the average annual savings of 592,800 yuan, this ultra-thin soft film anti-rust liquid also won a national patent.
