Comprehensive utilization technology of dolomite

Dolomite is widely used as a raw material for deep processing products in addition to ingredients.
1. Preparation of metallic magnesium in a vacuum of less than 13.3Pa 1200 deg.] C, in a reaction tank of heat-resistant alloy of silicon with iron (hydrous Si75%) manufactured by magnesium reduction of calcined dolomite, the process shown in Figure 1.

2. Preparation of Light Magnesium Oxide Light magnesium oxide has a molecular formula of MgO and is an amorphous white powder. This product is widely used in building materials, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, plastics and other industries. The dolomite is subjected to a series of treatments such as calcination, digestion, and thermal decomposition of carbonization, and then calcined and pulverized to obtain light magnesium oxide. The reaction formula is as follows, and the process flow is shown in FIG. 2 .

3. Preparation of light magnesium carbonate The dolomite carbonization method is to crush the dolomite containing MgO and coal , mix it, and calcine it at high temperature, then add hydrated ash, then carbonize, press filter, and use direct steam heat. After the solution, the filter is further filtered, dried, pulverized, and packaged to obtain a finished light magnesium carbonate (Fig. 3). Its reaction formula is as follows:
