1, equipment connection:
When the DC high voltage generator is disconnected from the power supply, connect the control box with the pressure doubler with the supplied cable, connect the ground wire, and then connect the power cable.
Note: All ground wires such as the control box, double pressure tube, and discharge rod must be grounded at one point on the test object's ground, and they must not be connected in series.
2, no-load test equipment integrity:
The DC high voltage generator was tested for no-load before the start of the test to check the integrity of the equipment.
After checking the connection, check the power socket and rotate the coarse and fine adjustment knobs to the left (the device has zero protection function, the boost must start from zero, otherwise it cannot be boosted), press the power switch, the power indication The green light is on. Wait a few seconds. After the system is stable, press the start button. At this time, the high-pressure indicator lights up red, indicating that the boost can be performed. After waiting for a few seconds, slowly turn the coarse adjustment knob clockwise. At this time, you can see that the voltmeter reading rises. When the voltage rises to the voltage, let go. If the voltage value is slightly shifted, turn the knob to adjust.
Note: If there is no change in the reading of the voltmeter on the DC high voltage generator , it must be checked immediately whether the connection is correct. After shutdown, it is safe to use a discharge rod to discharge the high pressure end of the double cylinder before it can be removed.
3, under normal circumstances, the test is completed, before shutting down, you must first adjust the voltage to zero, and then press the stop button, red light off, green light, and then turn off the power switch, unplug the power outlet, discharge with a discharge rod.
The above steps are normal, indicating that the equipment is in good condition and can be set in the test.
Note: There must be a minimum of one minute between start-ups.
4, pressure test or leak test on the test product:
After the test equipment is in good condition, connect the water resistance, microampere meter and the tested product to the high pressure terminal of the double pressure cylinder. After checking the ground wire, the test can be performed according to the above steps. This machine has over-current over-voltage protection function. If the high-voltage indicator light suddenly goes out during the test, the indicator indicates that the high voltage has disappeared, it is the protection circuit action, and the reason for the protection generated by the shutdown check can be increased again after the exclusion test. The boosting speed should not be too fast. The 3-5% test voltage per second is appropriate. For a large-capacity test sample, the current should not exceed 80% of the rated value. q
