To this end, the project team developed a highly dispersed technology for the preparation of highly transparent nanoparticle-based liquid phase dispersions, a step-by-step phase transfer method for preparing transparent polymer nanocomposite coatings, and a roll-coating method for preparing nanocomposite coating technologies, and overcame the scale Prepare a series of key technologies. Using the results of the project team, Beijing Zhongchao Haiqi Technology Co., Ltd. and Chizhou Yingpai Science and Technology Co., Ltd. respectively established a 100-ton/year inorganic nano-functional particle liquid dispersion production line and a 5 million-square-meter/year nano-composite polymer film demonstration. The production line achieved stable mass production.

Zeng Xiaofei, an associate professor at Beijing University of Chemical Technology, told the reporter that because the project team solved the problem of nano-scale dispersion of inorganic nanoparticles in the matrix of polymer membranes, the nanoparticles achieved a transparent monodispersion in the dispersion liquid with a solid content of more than 50% and stable dispersion. For more than one year, real nano-scale dispersion has been achieved, so the nano-composite film product produced maintains high transparency, and the visible light transmittance is more than 80%, which can save lighting electricity. Its UV and IR blocking ratios are greater than 99% and 90%, respectively, and have low thermal conductivity, which can reduce energy consumption due to thermal radiation and heat conduction, and can also protect humans and furniture. Due to product quality and energy saving effect, it has been recognized by the construction industry. The project team has signed a supply contract of 20 million yuan.
