South Korea launched anti-dumping investigation against rutile titanium dioxide
According to the Ministry of Commerce website, on December 30, 2015, the Korea Trade Commission issued an announcement saying that it had decided to initiate an anti-dumping investigation against rutile titanium dioxide imported from China. The applicant for this case was Korea COCMO Chemicals. The dumping investigation period was from July 2014 to June 2015. The damage investigation period was from January 2012 to June 2015. If the enterprises involved in the case in China have the willingness to respond, they should submit a registration form to the Korean investigation authority within 3 weeks from the date of the announcement.
