Compression garbage truck main parts introduction

1、Box

The compact garbage truck body is welded with steel plates of 8mm, 5mm, 4mm and 16Mn. The channel steel in the bottom of the car box is both the basic component of the steel body structure and the push plate to the support. Lightweight maximizes the effective space of the cabinet and reduces the structural center of gravity.  
The floor of the car box is a fully sealed structure, and the sewage is corroded. All the water in the car tank is drained into the sewage tank of the bucket body to avoid corrosion of the box body and the car chassis, as well as to avoid leakage of sewage to the roadside during driving, and effectively prevent secondary pollution.

2, garbage loader

Garbage loader and loader consist of frame skeleton, guide rail, arc hopper, scraper, slide plate, negative pressure plate and light cover. Through the sequential actions of the scraper cylinder, the slide cylinder and the negative pressure plate, the function of circulating the material in the hopper into the car box is realized. There are eight wheels on both sides of the skateboard. The friction coefficient is low, the strength is high, and micro-oscillations can be made to ensure long-term use of the guide rails without wear.  
The loader is also a sealing device at the rear of the compartment, which is opened and closed by a lift cylinder, a sliding hinge and a locking device.  
There is a recovery tank at the bottom of the loader. The accumulated water in the compartment and the excess water in the hopper flow into the recovery tank. When discharging, the sewage in the recovery tank can be completely discharged by itself or manually.

3, turnover mechanism

According to the user's needs, it can be equipped with a tilting bucket mechanism, a flapping mechanism or a tipping bucket mechanism. The hydraulic double-acting double cylinder is used to flip the mechanism, and the iron bucket or plastic bucket is locked by the system during the re-turning process. The safety and stability are strong and the structure is reasonable.  
Note that when the entire vehicle moves, the mechanism is turned upside-down to facilitate normal driving.

4、Hydraulic system

The hydraulic cylinder of the vehicle adopts a circuit-controlled air circuit, the air valve controls the cylinder, the cylinder operates a hydraulic multi-way valve, and the hydraulic multi-way valve controls the movement of the cylinder. The operation is simple and reliable. At the same time, it also has a manual direct operation of the hydraulic multi-way valve, with a bi-directional control of a single hydraulic system.  
Hydraulic system consists of fuel tank and filter system, oil pump, multi-way valve, one-way throttle, cylinder, tubing and other components. The power of the system comes from the engine. The power is separated by a power take-off device. The power take-off device drives the gear pump.  
The gear pump sucks the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic tank through the suction oil filter and supplies the multi-way valve (located behind the cab, in the front of the cab). When the multi-way valve is working, the negative pressure plate cylinder, the slide plate cylinder, the scraper cylinder, the bucket cylinder or the push plate cylinder are operated. When the hydraulic cylinder is not working, the hydraulic oil returns to the tank directly via the multi-way valve.
