Wuhan "unified" aseptic filling production line completed and put into operation
On the morning of January 19, Wuhan Uniform Food Co., Ltd. officially completed and launched a new aseptic filling production line with an annual capacity of 15 million boxes, after investing 300 million yuan. This milestone marks a significant step forward for the company in enhancing its production capabilities and meeting growing market demand.
According to reports, the new production line is expected to boost the company’s annual sales revenue by 300 million yuan, while increasing profits and taxes by approximately 5,000 to 10,000 yuan per unit. With this expansion, the company anticipates that its total profits and taxes this year could surpass 100 million yuan, signaling a strong financial outlook.
Lin Cangsheng, President of the Unified Group, made a special trip to Wuhan to attend the official launch ceremony. He praised the new line as "the most technologically advanced, fastest, and highest-quality production system in the world," and stated that its operation will usher in a new era for the Unified brand.
The Unified Group first entered Wuhan in July 1993, establishing Wuhan Uniform Food Co., Ltd. within the Taiwanese Investment and Development Zone in Dongxihu District. Since then, the company has experienced steady growth. In 2005, it achieved sales revenue of 915 million yuan, with profits and taxes reaching nearly 100 million yuan. To further capture market share in the Central China beverage industry and elevate product quality, the group invested an additional 300 million yuan in 2004 to introduce a state-of-the-art aseptic filling line from Krones, one of the leading manufacturers in packaging technology globally.
